  • Playspace is 14' x 52'

  • Max seated capacity - 35-40 depending on orchestration of audience/stage

  • Access to "Lobby", "Dressing Room" & "Tech Room" are dependant on type of rental

  • Liability insurance is required for all renters

  • Furniture, Set Dec, Props and Costumes are available for rent

  • Our space is not currently ADA Compliant. We're working on it!
