I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to The Nest and Opia Theater Company (Opia Productions), including its representatives, affiliates, and media partners, to photograph and/or record video of me during rehearsals and performances of the production in which I am participating.
I understand that these images and videos may be used by The Nest and Opia for promotional and archival purposes, including but not limited to:
The Nest’s official website
Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Press releases and media coverage
Grant applications, promotional materials, and publications
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or recordings and understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these materials.
This release is granted in perpetuity and applies to all forms of media, existing now or developed in the future.
