Nest Fest Submissions

The Nest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit theaterical production company committed to creating financially accessible opportunities for artists to create, collaborate, and perform.

Nest Fest is a community-driven program designed to remove financial barriers to participation and provide artists with the opportunity to develop and showcase their work. As a nonprofit, volunteer-run program, participating artists are not compensated for their involvement.

Submit here for consideration to join our Writing Team for Nest Fest lead by our Writing Coordinator Liz Bubriski! Submissions Open: 9/6 - 9/10!

Director + Actor submissions opens September 18th.

Selected artist participants are asked to provide a minimum $20 donation to The Nest 501(c)(3) non profit to help support our ongoing community programming!

Production Breakdown:

9/10 - Writer Submissions Closed

9/12 - 9/14 - Writers chosen + notified!

9/16 - Welcome Writers!! Zoom Session 6-7pm

9/21 - Log Line + Character Descriptions Due

9/28 - Final Scripts Due

10/4 - Writers + Directors Meet and Greet - 10:30 am - 11 am

10/4 - Table Read + Meet and Greet 11am - 3pm

10/24 + 25 - Show Time!
